One thing you can do is create a site that runs PHPMyAdmin and then connect to the databases in the other sites.
I haven’t tested this and I’m just typing this out my thoughts, but you can maybe use the domain of the site you’re trying to connect to as the host and then when you enter the port it will most likely be 3306. Then, just use the details provided in the Database tab for anything else that needs filled in.
I know it’s a familiarity thing, but Sequel Pro is super easy to learn and I think you’ll ultimately be happier with Sequel Pro
