When I have started local by Flywheel the computor (Windows 10) refuses to go into pause or hibernate mood (with a couple of exceptions). And when I shut down the system there is always an application that don’t shut by itself. I don’t remember the name, but it is connected to Flywheel.

Local relies on a virtualization provider known as VirtualBox. This is probably what you’re seeing when you try shutting down your computer.
The best thing to do is to quit Local prior to shutting down your computer. Local will automatically shut down the VirtualBox virtual machine as long as you’re running Local 2.2.0 or newer.
