Changed URL, cant access content

I accidently changed URL link under setting. Now I cant log in or even acess the content.
Could someone please give me a hand?

Sorry, it looks like we lost this one in the cracks. If you still need help, we’d recommend opening up the site database manager (default is Adminer) and checking to see if, in the options table, the home url and site url reflect the new URL.

Also, you could try changing the domain back to what it was before in the settings.
