Importing Site Stuck on "Downloading Environment"

I’ve downloaded and setup Local by Flywheel, and now I’m trying to import an existing site. I have those site files in a zip file, and I selected File > Import Site. It goes through the “import site” steps fine, but then remains stuck on “Downloading Environment.” I haven’t been able to get it past “Downloading Environment.”

Can anyone help with this?

I’m really sorry about the trouble you seeing. It looks like the environment for the site hasn’t been fully setup yet. Could you post the application log so we can diagnose it further? Keep getting error message on "Save" Still Need Help!
