Did some looking in to this, and I’d try a couple of things, in this order –
- Try restarting and trying again – sometimes the VirtualBox drivers don’t initialize properly, and a reset will fix it
- Turn off any VPN you might have running – this can cause issues
- Turn off any security apps you might have running – they can sometimes interfere with VirtualBox’s network stack
