Port 80 in use although no sites running

I ran into a minor issue with Local (Beta) 5.0.7+1117 for Linux. It is fixed by rebooting the app, yet, I’m reporting because Local would be a better citizen if this would be fixed. These are the steps to reproduce:

  1. Execute local. At this point, it doesn’t claim port 80 and other apps can use it.
  2. Start one site. At this point, the port 80 is in use by local, and it shows a 404 message.
  3. Stop the site. At this point, the port 80 is still in use.

I would have expected that after 3, no port is in use by Local and other apps can claim it, without having to stop/reboot Local.
