Set up graphicsmagick on local

Hello!

I’m trying to setup graphicsmagick on my local instance and am having trouble getting it set up. So far, I’ve only got as far as:

apt-get install graphicsmagick

What other steps can I take to get this installed and working on my local instance? I’m trying to add image thumbnails for PDF files using graphicsmagick.

Local setup:
Web server: nginx
PHP Version: 7.3.2
MySQL version: 5.5.60
WP: multisite
