Update on this post but still need help! - Can't access database, get IIS7 landing page

Hello,
I am taking a online WordPress Course that uses Local by Flywheel in the course. I have installed Local without any problems etc. Installed latest WP version through Local. After I created a local site, I clicked on the View Site button and it brought up the XAMPP landing page. I uninstalled XAMPP and tried it again, but this time it brought up the IIS7 landing page. I disabled the Internet Information Services functions through the Windows Control panel and restarted my computer. Then I tried again and the IIS7 landing page shows up again. I double checked and the Internet Information Services functions are disabled. Also, when I click on the Admin button, I get the Object Not Found! Error 404 page. I am confused and need some help please. I have included the log file. Thanks so much in advance.

UPDATE: After finding other posts that were having the same problem that I was having, the only thing that I hadn’t done was clear the cache in my browser. When I did that, I clicked on the View Site button and I get the same thing as I do when I click on the Admin button which is Not Found HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found. I have attached a new log file. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Matt! It looks like something is already using port 80. Others were running into the same issue and were able to resolve it by following the directions in this thread: Windows Issue: Local's router is having trouble starting

Can you take a look starting with this reply specifically, and see if any of the solutions here help? Windows Issue: Local's router is having trouble starting

Thank you,
Megan

Megan,
That did it. Thanks so much! The link in the post that discussed using netstat to see listening ports and PID, and the link provided by moderator mattwhosthat that discussed PID:4 using port 80 really helped me solved the problem. It ended up that I had to disable the HTTP.sys driver and that was it.
Thanks again for your help!
Matt
